RESIDENT RESPONSE CENTER
The Resident Response Center is your "one-stop" office for information or assistance related to City services. Whether you want to use SeeClickFix, address a tenant/landlord issue, or just let someone know about neighborhood concerns, the Resident Response Center will record your questions, requests, and concerns then forward them to the right department. All records are stored in our Online Help Center database for easy tracking and follow up.
The RRC is currently open from 8:30AM - 4:30PM.
