New affordable housing lotteries are posted in the Jersey Journal Classifieds for a minimum of 30 days. To find affordable housing posts, click "Notices and Announcements." Then, click "Advanced Search" and enter 'affordable housing' as the keyword. Finally, filter for "Jersey Journal" on the left-hand side. Please note: sometimes, there are no affordable housing lotteries at the time of search.
