The office of the City Assessor shall be charged with the duty of assessing real property for the purpose of general taxation.

TO VIEW PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENTS:

1. Go to www.taxrecords-nj.com
2. Left click on Records Search.
3. Under Tax Records Search, select Hudson County and Jersey City.
4. Under Search Criteria, type in either property location, owner’s name or block & lot identifiers.
5. To process, click on Submit Search.
