Division of Disease Prevention City Clinic 

The Division of Disease Prevention offers free testing and treatment for STIs, HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases for Jersey City residents at the City Clinic.

STI/HIV Testing & Treatment

STI City Clinic is open to residents of Jersey City (with proof of residency). Jersey City residents are eligible to be screened for the following diseases:

  • HIV
  • Gonorrhea
  • Syphilis
  • Chlamydia
  • Trichomoniasas 

Sex partners can also receive STD testing and treatment*. No prescriptions are issued by the City Clinic.

Please bring a photo ID with your Jersey City address or photo ID and proof of Jersey City residency (ie: utility bill with current address)

* Ages 13 and above or under 13 with a referral.

Monday - Friday 8AM-10AM / 1PM-2PM / 4PM-6PM
(closed for all Federal holidays)

Saturdays by Appointment Only
8AM - 11AM and 1PM - 2PM (no walk ins)
