Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) and HOME
Under the AHTF and HOME programs, eligible projects may fund a wide range of activities including building, buying, and/or rehabilitating affordable housing for rent or homeownership. HOME is the largest federal block grant to state and local governments designed exclusively to create affordable housing for low-income households.
HOME ARP
The HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program
(HOME ARP) aims to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability across
the country through various activities such as development and support of
affordable housing, tenant based rental assistance (TBRA), provision of
supportive services, and acquisition and development of non-congregate
shelters. This grant application is open to both nonprofits and for-profits.
Community Development Block Grant - Public Facilities (CDBG-PF)
Under the CDBG-PF Program, eligible projects may use funds to undertake a variety of public facilities and public improvement projects. In general, public facilities and public improvements are interpreted to include all facilities and improvements that are publicly owned, or that are owned by a nonprofit and open to the general public.
